CHARACTER PERMISSIONS NAME: Grey CANON: Snowpiercer AGE: 18 (approx) TATTOO: Unsettled TOUCHING: Grey will be happy to touch you, so long as he likes you. In fact, he'll probably be more free about touching you than you would ideally like. He doesn't have much concept of what personal space means, and he's far more comfortable around people than not. He'll be leery of strangers, but once he knows you and especially when he likes you, he'll be happy to touch. He will back off completely if you tell him to, however - he's not deliberately disrespecting your boundaries, he's just not clear on what they are. If he doesn't like you, or finds you threatening, then touching him may make him react badly - in which case, see section on violence below! INJURIES: Minor injuries are fine; please talk to me about anything major. If you're unsure whether it's major or not, talk to me anyway. Please avoid anything crippling or permanent, unless we've plotted it out. Temporary death may be all right if we've plotted it; permanent death is out. VIOLENCE: If you'd like, it's allowed! Grey will defend himself, however. He is very fast, quite strong, and has spent most of his life learning how to fight bigger men and kill them without hesitation, so please bear this in mind! He will always be defensive, and if you happen to attack/threaten someone he cares about, he's likely to be aggressive too. In short, feel free to start something, but expect him to respond with extreme prejudice. FRIENDSHIP AND ROMANCE: I'm putting this all in one section, because relationships can be complicated, where Grey is concerned. He was previously in a canon relationship with a much older man, who was also a paternal/mentor figure to him. He is used to relationships that are all-encompassing. His previous lover was someone whom he always looked to and whose instruction he followed without question; however he also acted as his main carer, and looked after him. It wouldn't be difficult for Grey to get attached to someone who treated him well, and if he already likes you, he's likely to be responsive to romantic and/or sexual overtures. MENTAL INFORMATION: Grey has no form of protection against telepathy. In fact, if you can read his mind, it might make it easier for him to talk to you since it would bypass his mutism. If you're intent on getting into his head, you're likely to see flashes of his memories from the train - so lots of cramped spaces, low lighting, people crowding against each other, a solitary food product that's dark, gelatinous, and vaguely distasteful. You would be aware that he is very physically fit and well trained in hand to hand combat, especially with a knife. His strongest baseline emotions would be confusion and sadness, though context will change this. If you need anything more specific, please let me know! TRIGGERS: Attacking him or someone he cares about will kick off a violent reaction from him. He will initially be uncomfortable in wide, open spaces and will crave small walled areas; with time, this trait will reverse. Unfair treatment (of himself or others) is also likely to provoke him, but whether he would react to it or not would depend on the severity.
